Drop-off at Kakslauttanen East or West Village
Kakslauttanen Arctic Resort has two villages, East and West, and they are priced separately. Tell us which village you are staying in when you book, so the driver takes you to the right one.
Whether your first night is in a glass igloo or a log cabin, include your accommodation name in the booking — the resort’s own reception and check-in instructions apply on arrival.

Private, door-to-door
Your transfer is reserved for your booking and not shared with unrelated passengers. We drive directly between the airport and your accommodation.
Vehicle options
Modern, winter-equipped Mercedes-Benz vehicles for 1–8 passengers; the price follows your group size. For extra comfort, book the Mercedes-Benz Vito Tourer 4×4 (1 + 7 passengers) as a VIP transfer.
Flight monitoring
Include your flight number when you book. With the correct flight number we can monitor your arrival, and meet & greet includes a 60-minute buffer for delays.
Luggage allowance
One normal suitcase and one hand bag / roller per person is included. Skis, snowboards or extra bags? Tell us when booking — a luggage trailer is available for +50 €.
Child seats
Child seats are available on request. Tell us the number and ages of the children when you book so the right seats are ready in the car.

Before you travel
East Village or West Village?
Check your resort booking confirmation for the village name before you book the transfer. The fixed price and the drop-off point both depend on it.
East Village has the lower fare — from 110 € for 1–3 passengers — while West Village starts from 120 €. Both prices are per vehicle, one way.
Flight monitoring
Give us your flight number with the booking. With the correct flight number we can monitor your arrival information, so a late landing does not leave you waiting for a car.
On the road south of Saariselkä
Kakslauttanen lies on the main road south of Saariselkä. If you are combining nights in both places, a Saariselkä – Kakslauttanen West transfer is on our short-transfer price list.
